it’s a bit old, very dingy, cracks in the walls, rooms smell old, hot, etc. I wouldn’t stay for more than one night. it was the only room available.

location
parking near the hotel was 2,200 per night i booked a non-smoking room but i can smell it clearly and can’t even sleep because when i tried to open the window, there is yakiniku place nearby and the smell of it came inside the room. As i tried to turn on the ac when it’s hot, they said that the hotel have set it entire hotel to heater during autumn and winter, sadly you can’t change that. everything feels old, dirty and broken. almost felt like what i have seen in horror movies. worst hotel ever for 3-stars.

What was the highlight of Hotel Green Well
Pleasant
Great location next to Sendai station and to the shopping malls - it can't be beat. If you want a no frills convenient place to sleep, this is it.
The building is old, the beds are hard, the furniture and appliances in the rooms were old and yellowing. My room may used to have been a smoking room because there was a lingering smoky smell. The breakfast was nothing to write home about and easily skipped it.
